All orders placed during the business week ( Monday- Friday) will be processed and shipped the following business day after the order. Timeline for domestic shipping is 3 to 6 business days. (Domestic shipping is through USPS.)  International is 14 to 21 days. SoPeacock is not aware or responsible for custom or duty charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. SoPeacock will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent or if the item received is determined to be defective.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
